TECOM’s blown film extrusion lines allow the production of high quality films without any limitation in polymers’ choice. TECOM’s plants are able to transform all types of polyolefin-based raw materials, all types of compostable biopolymers and recycled materials. This is possible thanks to extrusion screws with advanced design and heads with channels designed to optimize polymers’ flow. It is also possible to process materials such as PA, EVA and binders for the production of technical films.

The single-layer blown film extrusion lines can be configured with a single-flow or dual-flow rotating extrusion head or with a fixed single-flow, bi-flow or tri-flow extrusion head depending on the film’s technical features requested by the customer.
TECOM’s multi-layer blown film extrusion lines are able to process all types of polyolefin-based polymers, compostable biopolymers and recycled materials.
